In this paper, we have proposed the theory of $U(1)$ gauge gravityfield, which is the gauge field of massless and spin $s=2$. Wefurther give the equation of gravity tensor field at the Minkowskispacetime, and prove the gravity field equation is the Lorentzcovariant and gauge invariant
